Business Analysis
Each business has their own way of working. This may have been adapted from an Industry Standard, or based upon “how things have always worked”. Each is unique, but commonly, data is gathered, shared and reported on to, to ensure the integrity of your assets remains paramount.
Meeting with key stakeholders, from day-to-day Technicians creating data, to Engineers and Managers who need to analyse and make decisions upon the data presented, we open up discussions through Workshops we lead to understand where bottlenecks, problems or processes aren’t as expected. We’ll then make our recommendations on how to improve these workflows, by using features within our Asset Integrity Management Software – ONE.
Software Solutions
Many of our existing clients already use enterprise maintenance management system (MMS) such as SAP, MAXIMO or Oracle, and our asset integrity software tool compliments this process. For businesses that either don’t have Maintenance or Defect tracking software, or rely on Excel/spreadsheet-based solutions, then our Asset Integrity solution – ONE would be an ideal fit. Mobile App – Inspections & Maintenance
Complementing our web-based Asset Integrity software – ONE, we’ve developed an Android Mobile App – “ONE Mobile”. This app runs on almost any Android-enabled device, from phones through to intrinscially safe, and EX-rated devices, including tablets and smart glasses, such as the RealWear Navigator.
ONE Mobile receives workpacks and tasks sent from the ONE Web Application. The operative can then execute the assigned tasks on their mobile device, regardless of whether they are online or offline. Taking photos and videos and annotating existing diagrams can all be achieved directly within the App. Once completed, this data is then sync’d automatically back to the Web the next time the device has data connectivity.
Clients report that this way of working reduces data input, capture and writing of technician reports by at least 25%. That time saving could have a significant cost saving for your organisation.
